Payment Terms & Conditions
1.1 Bets Entertainment N.V. ("Casino", "Website", “Company”, "We", "Us", "Our”) a company incorporated at Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Curacao, has created this payment policy in order to outline the general rules of accepting and processing payments on bets.io.
1.2 Bets Entertainment N.V. states that only Dream Finance OU, a company incorporated in Estonia, Tallinn, Kesklinna Linnaosa, Viru Väljak, 2-3rd Floor, Metro, 10111, registration number 14783543, can be the agent in accepting and processing payments as well as withdrawals of payments by the Users in performance of any other possible or necessary actions within the scope of the Agent agreement between the Casino and Dream Finance OU.
1.3 To achieve the noted goals, the Casino reserves the right to develop and modify the present Policy without prior notification of the Users and based on the agreements concluded between the Casino and the corresponding financial institutions/payment solution providers/partners/aggregators, etc. The Users accept that by continuing to use the Website bets.io, they express their consent with this Payment Policy.
2. DEPOSIT POLICY
2.1 When the User opens an Account the Casino requires him/her to make a minimum deposit before play (with exception of demo casino gameplay). The Company will assign minimum deposit levels and maximum deposit levels as specified on the website bets.io. The User acknowledges that he/she may only wager and play with the amount of cleared funds held in his/her account. Consequently, if the User would like to participate in gaming, he/she must deposit money into his/her account. The User can make a deposit at any time online by the available virtual currency wallet’s deposit address. Certain payment methods may not be available depending on certain factors such as jurisdiction and geolocation.
2.2. When depositing using cryptocurrencies, kindly ensure you're depositing an amount greater than or equal to, the minimum deposit for that particular currency while taking into consideration the fee amount your wallet may charge. Deposits below this limit may not be processed by our payment processor and will not reach your account and nor can it be returned back to you.
2.3 If a player's deposit fee is too low and is flagged by blockchain or similar site as “not enough fee to relay” Bets.io reserves the right to confiscate the winnings if Bets.io at their own discretion deem the transaction and behavior of the player to be fraudulent in nature.
2.4 Kindly note that due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits cannot be applied to the deposits made through CoinsPaid payment system. If you want to limit your gambling in the casino, please, use any other available option: loss limit, wager limit, session limit.
2.5 Bets.io is not an exchange and therefore does not execute any conversion between Bitcoin.
2.6 You are solely responsible for the transaction validity and compliance with the respective currency between crypto-wallets while making sum transactions to or from Your Account. The Company is under no obligation to refund You any sum erroneously lost due to negligence during transaction.
2.7 The Company does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from e-wallets or other payment methods that are registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account. The Company is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts.
2.8 User may only participate in games if he/she has a sufficient amount of virtual currency at the User’s account for such participation. The virtual currency includes Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOG), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Tether (USDT). The deposits can be made in any of the noted virtual currencies.
2.9 The minimal amount for a deposit and withdrawal as well as the number of necessary confirmations to make a withdrawal in virtual currency are noted below:

2.10. Deposited funds are available on the Account within a reasonable amount of time following the confirmation of the deposit made, unless extra verification procedures are required.
2.11 Bets.io reserves the right to perform additional identification procedures (KYC) when the User makes deposits into his/her User Account in accordance with the terms and conditions of bets.io Policies.
2.12 Under certain circumstances, bets.io can credit a User’s Account with a “Welcome Bonus”. The conditions for the crediting of the “Welcome Bonus” and the amount of such credit are determined by Bets.io and set out on the website from time to time. If an account contains both the funds from deposit and credit funds, the credit funds will only be available for wagering once the existing deposit has been run out of.
3. WITHDRAWAL POLICY
3.1 Bets.io charges no fee for withdrawals of all mentioned virtual currencies available on bets.io.
3.2 Available withdrawal options are clearly stated on the Websites and may differ depending on the market from which the User originates.
3.3 Virtual currency withdrawals will be made to the User’s virtual currency wallet bound to the User’s Account. In order to withdraw any virtual currency which has been deposited, bets.io requires the blockchain to give all the required confirmations.
3.4 The available virtual currencies for withdrawal are BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, DOG, USDT.
3.5 In accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, enhanced due diligence may be done in respect of withdrawals of funds not used for wagering. We provide a player with a withdrawal only when the sum of bets made since last deposit is more than three (3) times the size of that deposit in slot games or ten (10) times for live and table games. If a player requests a cash out without fulfilling this condition, the cash out will be declined till the conditions are met. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Casino.
3.6 If a player wins 10 Bitcoins or more, we reserve the right to divide the payout into ten instalments, paid with 10 percent every month for 10 months until the full amount is paid out. Maximum withdrawal amounts processed to a player within a 7-day period is 3 BTC (or currency equivalent), and 10 BTC within a 30-day period, unless otherwise specified in the promotional Terms & Conditions, where exceptions can be made to players with a higher VIP status and players who win a progressive jackpot. This is determined solely at the discretion of the casino.
3.7 You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts and you shall not treat the Company as a financial institution.
3.8 Upon a player winning a significant amount of money defined according to Bets.io's own discretion, the winnings will be needed to be verified with the relevant game provider.
3.9 If you are eligible for a bonus, that is for example a login bonus or a deposit bonus of 110% up to a certain amount, wagering requirements will apply before you are eligible to make any cash-outs of the bonus or winnings. The wagering requirements, which can vary, will be displayed when receiving the bonus. If you would like to request a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, Bets.io will deduct the whole bonus amount as well as any winnings before approving any withdrawal.
3.10 Finally, please keep in mind the Casino is not a financial institution. Your account will thus not bear any interests and no conversion or exchange services will be offered at any time.
3.11 The Casino reserves the right to check your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold any refund or withdrawals for the time needed to check your identity. In case you provide false Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which you will be informed by email.
3.12 Withdrawals requested to a wallet address that was not used previously will require confirmation via email before being processed. Please note that withdrawals of an equivalent value of $500 or less may be processed with out address confirmation.
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1 You acknowledge that the funds in your account are consumed instantly when playing and we do not provide return of goods, refunds or retrospective cancellation of your account.
5. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
5.1 If the Casino mistakenly credits your account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether this is due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of the Company and the amount will be transferred back to the Casino from your Account. We reserve the right to void any transactions placed using them, including related winnings paid out in error. To satisfy any such liability, we further reserve the right to freeze and withhold these funds and set off any subsequent winnings owed to you. If prior to the Casino becoming aware of the error, you would have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available to us at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by you to the Casino. In the event of incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify our Customer Support services immediately by email.
5.2 Deposits made to your account should be commensurate with gameplay. If at the Casino’s discretion, there is suspicion of abuse (for instance, where a deposited amount has not been wagered or used for an appropriate level of gameplay and the user then makes a withdrawal request in relation to that deposited amount or where the Casino suspects that you are abusing exchange rate fluctuations or made a financial gain through arbitrage), we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to cancel other deposit(s), and/or any withdrawals there related, in part or in full, to deduct and/or to retract any balance or costs that may have resulted in conjunction therewith from any funds held at the User’s account, confiscate funds including winnings and to close the account indefinitely, without any warning. We further reserve the right to request and obtain satisfactory proof of deposit and additional copies of personal identification and other documents as may be required at any stage during the account’s lifetime and in such instances prior to processing any withdrawal request, the processing of such request to be entirely at the Company’s discretion. In cases where we are not satisfied by the submitted documentation, the Casino may cancel the withdrawal and return the funds to the account or confiscate the funds and block the account indefinitely.
5.3 You shall not treat the Casino as a financial institution nor expect any interest.
